The terms that govern your use of iamaudhd.

1. Service description
iamaudhd (“the Service”) is a web-based self-screening tool that helps adults explore whether they may have co-occurring ADHD and Autism (AuDHD). The Service includes:
- A free 20-question screener and 150-question full assessment across three life stages
- Free 3-axis scores (ADHD, ASD, AuDHD) upon completion
- An optional paid full report ($19.99, one-time) with 14 subscale breakdowns, pattern analysis, mutual masking insights, and PDF export
- Access to a private community forum for paid users
2. Not medical advice
iamaudhd is a screening and self-exploration tool, not a clinical diagnosis. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
Your screening results are intended to help you understand patterns in how your brain works and provide language to discuss your experiences with a qualified clinician. Only a licensed healthcare professional can provide a formal diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, or any other condition.
You should not make medical decisions, start or stop treatments, or self-diagnose based solely on your screening results. If you are in crisis or need immediate mental health support, please contact a crisis helpline in your area.
3. Eligibility
The Service is designed for adults aged 18 and older. By using iamaudhd, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please use this tool with a parent or guardian's knowledge and involvement.
4. Accounts and payment
Free access: You may take the full assessment and view your 3-axis scores without creating an account or providing any personal information.
Paid report: The full report costs $19.99 USD, payable as a one-time, non-recurring charge through Stripe. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or automatic renewals. Payment grants you lifetime access to your full report, PDF export, and community forum.
Account creation: When you purchase the full report, an account is created using your email address. You will receive a welcome email with a link to set your password.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to find a resolution.
5. Intellectual property
The iamaudhd screening methodology, question bank, scoring algorithms, and novel AuDHD-specific domains are the intellectual property of iamaudhd. The Service incorporates validated clinical instruments (ASRS v1.1, AQ-50, RAADS-R, CAT-Q, DSM-5 criteria) which are the property of their respective creators and are used in accordance with their licensing terms.
Your results are yours. You may share, print, or distribute your own screening results (including the PDF report) for any personal purpose, including sharing with clinicians, family members, or support groups.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the assessment questions, scoring methodology, or site content without written permission.
6. Your data
We take data privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect, how it is stored, and how you can request deletion.
In summary: we collect only what is necessary to deliver your results. We never sell your data. You can delete everything at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
While our screening methodology is research-backed and draws from validated clinical instruments, we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or clinical validity of your screening results for any individual case. Screening results are not a substitute for professional clinical evaluation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iamaudhd and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from:
- Reliance on screening results for medical or personal decisions
- Inability to access the Service or your results
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Any actions taken based on your screening results
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the full report ($19.99).
9. Community forum
The community forum is a peer support space for paid users. It is not a clinical space and is not moderated by healthcare professionals. Content posted by users reflects their personal experiences and opinions, not medical advice.
By using the forum, you agree to treat other members with respect and to refrain from posting harmful, abusive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to users who violate these expectations.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for registered users, send a notification email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
