Neurodivergent Communities Worth Joining

Online communities can be a lifeline for AuDHD adults — especially those who are newly diagnosed or exploring the possibility. The r/AuDHD subreddit is one of the most active spaces specifically for people with co-occurring ADHD and Autism.

Other communities worth exploring: r/ADHD and r/autism on Reddit, various Discord servers for neurodivergent adults, and Facebook groups focused on late diagnosis. Look for communities that are moderated, that center lived experience, and that don't tolerate ableism.

A word of caution: online communities are support spaces, not diagnostic tools. They're valuable for connection and shared experience, but clinical questions should go to professionals.
